Hire a full-stack developer

I build production web apps and APIs end to end: React or Next.js on the front, Node and NestJS on the back, deployed and documented. One person from database schema to shipped screen.

Whether you search for a full stack developer or a fullstack engineer, it is the same job here. You get the person who writes the code, not an account manager.

What I build

From schema to screen

Typical engagements are a product MVP, a new API, or a focused improvement to an existing codebase.

Web applications

Customer-facing products with authentication, payments and dashboards. React or Next.js on the front, a typed API behind it.

APIs and backends

REST APIs, data models and business logic in Node, NestJS, Express or Laravel, with MongoDB or MySQL underneath.

Internal tools

Admin panels and workflow tools that replace spreadsheets and manual steps, built around how your team actually works.

Scrapers and data pipelines

Scheduled collection, normalisation and storage — the same approach behind the published PriceLens dataset.

How it works

A short, written process

  1. Send the brief

What you are building, who it is for, any deadline and links to the current product or repository.

  2. Scope and plan

I reply with questions, a written scope and a first milestone small enough to review quickly.

  3. Build in milestones

Working software at each step with a staging link, so progress is visible and feedback arrives early.

  4. Launch and hand over

Deployment, documentation and credentials. You keep the code and the ability to run it without me.

Stack

If your project uses something adjacent — another database, a queue, a third-party API — I read the documentation and work within your conventions.

FAQ

Questions clients ask

What kind of projects do you take on?

Web applications, APIs and internal tools. Most work is a React or Next.js frontend with a Node, NestJS, Express or Laravel backend, plus the database, authentication and deployment around it.

Which stack do you work in?

TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Express, MongoDB, MySQL and Laravel. I deploy to Cloudflare Pages or a VPS with nginx and PM2.

How does a project start?

Send a short description of what you need, who it is for and any deadline. I reply with questions, a scope and a plan for the first milestone before any work begins.

Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?

Yes. I work remotely from Chittagong and overlap with European and US hours for calls. Everything is written down in shared documents so progress is visible across time zones.

Can you work on an existing codebase?

Yes. I start by reading the code and running it locally, then agree on the smallest useful change before touching anything. Existing tests and conventions are kept where they exist.

How do I get in touch?

Email contact@joybiswas.com or connect on LinkedIn. Include a link to the product or repository if there is one. I read everything and reply within a couple of days.
